The Chum Dinger Story

This idea came about when i was in Marathon FL on “Mancation” 2014 with some friends. Will Wood asked me if it was possible to build a mold to do this and it took off from there. This worked well being in the Plastic Injection Mold Trade. I took off designing and machined 2 boxes from flat stock to prove it out before building the molds. Those boxes were tested and are still in use 4 years later.

That was the start of forming R&K Chumers. Working from our ideas the molds were made at Southern Indiana Mold in North Vernon,Indiana. We worked with Mr Label for box labels and Fas Plastics in Madison Indiana to mold parts. The rest is history!
